God gave the answer and @Mukiri pointed it out.I don't think God exists,I
know He does. This is what comforts and strengthens me in spite of my imperfections and the challenges I face: God is good, loving, merciful and forgiving. The only thing that worries me is whether I am truly committed to seeking the heart of God.We're all at the mercy of God and in the end every knee shall surely bow.For me the only real choice is whether you will have gained the humility to do it willing.
Don't you think claiming to
know that He exists is rather too presumptuous? Surely, you can only
believe. If indeed he is all these good things you say, why is there evil in the universe he is supposed to be in charge of?
The best thing to do is give God a fair and honest chance in your life and judge the results for yourself.
@symbols, you have completely ignored my question. And would a Supreme God really need to be given a chance? If we say he takes away life itself, how much more easily would he grab a chance to manifest himself to a mere mortal if he cared to?
I ignored the question to keep things simple.1Kings 19:12 - He came in a whisper. He can do what He wishes. We play by His rules not Him by ours.
Supposing, @symbols and I, or any other person that hazards an answer fails to convince you, what would you conclude and do?
Lol, our answers don't matter at all! In the end, what matters is whether you can see or not.
And if you can't see, you lift your eyes and confess that you can't see, and that you need see. This, is the shortest cut, lol, to God.
The lifting of the veil; Saul's scales.
