From the links provided, It appears UNISA is not accredited.

I notice the links only provide information about Kenyan, Universities and Kenyan learning centers of foreign Universities. It appears information about recognition of foreign degrees is not easily available (at least online. It also appears that information on how to practice law in Kenya is not available from the website of Kenya school of law and Law society of Kenya. I think some one needs to do better than this.

I guess Accountants are doing better on this because if you visit ICPAK website and KASNEB website, you will get all the information to practice as an accountant.

But yes, I know a guy and a lady who took their undergraduate law degrees in India who are now practicing law in Kenya.

If you do not get some lawyer at wazua, you could probably talk to a lawyer or contact Kenya school of law.

Maybe its just me.. but I've never believed in "most employers".. I'm only willing to work for a specific niche... employers who will offer me at least 30% more than my peers who have similar experience.

These niche employer would actually rank Strathmore graduates above their JAB counterparts. They are likely to have studied using books that are relevant to the current world (u know books on .net, ruby etc as opposed to Cobol for those of you with computing backgrounds).

Generally though, they don't care where you studied, your papers count for even less, they evaluate what's in your head now and make their decision.. these are the Donald Trumps of this world.

However, if you're not confident about your abilities or if you're looking to work for Gava.... the ranking by our friend here definitely applies.
