BRITAM Systems down for more than a week - IS THIS COMPANY REALLY A BLUE CHIP??

I recently terminated a policy with BRITAM. The branch manager promised me that i will get my money after 7 days via EFT. Its now 21 days and whenever i cal them they claim that the systems are down. The question is, how did this company use to operate before computers??

In this 21st century, is it possible for a profit-making company to have faulty systems for more than a week??

if i can make a phone call through their reception at head office...is this a clear indication that systems are working??

Any wazuan who has had a bad experience with this company please share.

We are in a "digital era" and some viswahilis do not go down easily

wrong title, wrong thread, wrong place .... anyway those are insurance guys. they dont pay in a hurry if you terminate. continuing - yes. you should have known better.
