Is it possible for land which has got only a certificate to be transferred to someone else and the buyer obtaining a title deed at the lands office. At what instances or circumstances is that possible?? Want to advise a dear person before she is conned. LIFE IS SO GOOD

Please expain this to me- Quote:There are occasions when owner may legitimately not have a title deed. The only legitimate reason is inherited plot/land. Certificates are tricky because there is a trade off between legit certificates that can easily be converted to title deeds and certificates of ownership that are in perpetuity LIFE IS SO GOOD
