I am looking for an investor for my farming project.

I would like to venture into Passion fruit farming. The returns are very high.

I have the land all I need is the investment.

Passion fruits take about 7-8 months to mature and after that we can get returns of about 50,000 bob per week for about 6 weeks.

We can work out a deal on how to ensure that you get full return on your investment and how to share the profits thereafter.

chepkel25@gmail.com is my email

By tenor i meant the duration one has to place the deposit to be eligible for the interest rate of 12% (e.g. 1 mth, 3,6, 12, etc)

On Faulu, this 12% started a while back when TBill rates were about that level. Today, TBill rates have significantly dropped. Are you sure that Faulu hasnt lowered its FDR interest rate in line with the market?

#Interesting #Good rate you got there for an FDR of 1 year since government is paying 8.141% for that tenor and the government rate is on the decline.

@Banker, et al, why is Faulu picking FDRs at far higher rates than the market? iko shida faulu??

@Learner, stocks if you can take the risk. Check KenyaRe, CFC ... if market continues to take a dip, look at EquityBank, HFCK

Is your's really a problem? smile Well, depends of how you look at it.

Anyway, I would personally buy LAND.

Shamba yani. Some 1/8ths in Kajiado where rates are not yet past 100K. Or even deeper, for an acre.
There's good pieces those sides.

Life is joy, death is peace, but the transition is very difficult.
