Very undecided c***toe lady, hoping from one station to another like a flew.
She didnt even take 18 months at CCTV!!
Shame on you

Sometimes the talent meets some good dough! What to do now? Maybe her plan is to make as much money as possible within the shortest time possible and opt out of the employment...

But the came***l to* was conspicuously missing last night...what could be the reason?
The area is sooooooooo flat like an A4 printing paper!!!

Since the mass poaching of staff how has the station changed. I have not found a single program I could watch for ten minutes. You can't call a sheeep a goat and think it will change into a sheep.

smile @wakanesa...kuwa mpole!

But seriously though, has viewership gone up for the station since the poaching? what are the percentages? with harmonized wages, will the newbies return to their previous employers?

Honestly there is nothing to watch...there is a local production.tgat has Shaffie acting maybe you can watch that...they should have started by pumping money into good content, get viewership ratings up then do the poaching...they started from the end it will be a mountain to panda.

I think its all about marketing their brand, everything else is in place. Most Kenyans are not really aware of what K24 have to offer. If there's one thing that has really worked well for Citizen ni Roadshows....they've played a huge role in the development of Citizen TV. Apart from the Billboards i have not really seen any attempt by Mediamax to market their brands. Perhaps they need a few roadshows around the country or more Vernacular stations to replicate Kameme FM's performance over Royal Media's Inooro FM. Kenyans are fans of local programmes such as Papa Shirandula, Churchill, Mwala, TPF etc perhaps they need to negotiate contracts with such.....isn't that what Citizen. Anyway what do i know......
