The fact is that the police service ,administration police and GSU are not motivated at all and poorly paid, the result is that they are no longer fighting crime and therefore just watching kama raia .

The tragedy of our country. Give the most important job to the least qualified/educated people and then pay them peanuts. The results are all too apparent.
