Nothing out of the ordinary business, but
1. Chairman stated they don't gamble with shareholders money on hedging as others have done.
2. They have issues with ERC and have sued them
3. Profits were eaten by payments related to a triton case
4. Business is promising and the outlook is good
5. Rebranding of stations has started
6. Preferential shares to be redeemed soonest
Among others.....

Please enlighten us on item no.6, is that good for the ordinary shareholders. I am a newbie. Thanks.

Haha. They even had time to take a stab at KK?;-)
Kwanza, watoe the log in their eyes! LOL... If you look at the conversion of debt to Preference Shares has saved Total (K) profits from collapsing under huge finance costs.

And thats the truth, the only truth and nothing but the truth.

Its time Sengeman learn KK is a petroleum products selling company and not a 'Pata Potea' hedging casino.

To me, its best. Instead of borrowing expensively, Total Outre Mer 'loaned' Total (K). Have you heard/read the figures been mentioned at KK? 30Billion loans!

If priority is on redeeming does this mean reduced earnings and dividends?

Well, Total Outre-Mer provides 'cheap' financing so if the Preference Shares are reduced/redeemed:
1) Increase in financing costs
2) Reduction in PBT/PAT see 1 above
