To me, its best. Instead of borrowing expensively, Total Outre Mer 'loaned' Total (K). Have you heard/read the figures been mentioned at KK? 30Billion loans!

Well, Total Outre-Mer provides 'cheap' financing so if the Preference Shares are reduced/redeemed:
1) Increase in financing costs
2) Reduction in PBT/PAT see 1 above
