Quit the job, but instead of looking for another job, use that time to perfect something you are good at! Use your God given skills to make financial gains especially if you take a whole year off, that's the perfect time to break free!

I quit on my first job because of the boss'son.
Came back after lunch,packed my stuff and headed to the supermarket, with a prepared list of baking tools including an oven.
The following day I was calling up friends and asking for orders.
I trekked this town from office to office hustling cz I didnt want to burden my parents.

Leave with style, not by showing middle finger and you will be blessed regardless of your boss' att.

He is mortal....or if your conscience cannot allow fix him in a scandal at work or plant drugs/gun on him and let him be arrested.You could also talk to the flying squad nicely,they deal with him and implicate him in carjackings and the next day he should feature in the news.
If the above does not appeal to you,quit and don't be too quick to put the money in business as it may eat up the savings if not managed properly.I know with the right approach you may live on the savings as you look for another job.
