That is how you kula money...you give overpriced advertising contracts to friends and eat from there. There's no need to advertise if you're a monopoly and providing an essential service.

I'm sure that advertising budget is huge, it must be paying for lots of mistresses!

If you check their annual reports,in the breakdown of other income there is 'Stock Excess adjustment'. Anyone know what the means??
