Wah! ok. 2 things;

1. Our complainant here seems to be engaged in car hire. insurance wont pay unless disclosed when cover was taken.

2. CIC was extremely negligent to disclose the details of the particular claim to a third party. Definite case of abuse of client confidentiality and I believe grounds for a suit.
