What he is saying is that at 7.15, the price is supported by volumes. Above that and you go ahead of volumes.

Slowly creeping back to 7.50. All high is 8.15 and a lot of resistance exists above 7. But from 7.50 - 8 is where the last hurdle remains. If this barrier layer breaks down the overshoot will likely surpass 9... #MadnessCrazyPrices...
