Provided it is within their budget, i don't see anything wrong with that. let us avail judiciary to all by 2015.

Why a fixed wing aircraft and not chopper?
How will yu land a fixed aircraft in the thickets of Marsabit?

This is the same country where it makes sense for class ones to have lap tops while some in secondary school have never touched the same......you get it???

The same country where kids in lower primary in exclusive private schools still dont have the laptops but hungry barefoot kids will be having theirs under a tree(makeshift classrooms).priority good pple?????

The same country where those who can afford maternity fees in public hosis still share beds and sleep on the floor with their new borns but GOK still goes to make the maternity free. No increasing number of hospitals, beds in hospitals, paying the docs and nurses the same pathetic salary, non-existing and poor supply of drugs and equipment and then expect maternal death rates to reduce.....

It is really really sad what is happening to Kenyan hospitals.

The Sarah Serem Commission were asking for 700million for their annual budget. Now the Judiciary want a 300 million plane.

A provincial hospital in Kenya (Nyeri, Nakuru, Kakamega, Coast etc) receives about 16 million a year in government funding (medical supplies and cost-sharing funds). Even if you add the annual salaries of all the doctors and nurses and hospital staff the annual GOK funding never goes past 150 million a year.
Set out to correct the world's wrongs and you will most certainly wind up adding to them.

Mblo, Police iko ndani ya Executive!!!!

Allocation of funds means that each department/ministry/ office can prioritize their agendas

Thus i think if the Judiciary feels that a plane will help them perform better then kazi kwao.

Sio kujenga barabara tu ndio huleta maendeleo.
