All listed firms should be made to have an investors section in their websites and the section updated daily at some specified time of the day with atleast some minimum specified data.

A good example is the Safaricom website investors relations section that even include historical share price, reports etc. What lacks are minutes etc.

I wonder why NSE hasnt posted BBK Q1 2013 results that were released last week

Majority of the time the CMA and NSE have little enforcement power which is sad!
