As far am concerned, this is one damn expensive bank interest wise.
Its not a common man bank, their interests charges are above 25% when amotized through Excel sheet but they lie to their customers through their tailor made amotization table to give lower interest rate eg. when they tell you that they will give you a loan at 19% interest rate, be very careful as this may translate to >25%.
