Note Centum’s carrying value in the four bottlers represents 28% of total assets, 20% of profits and 2% of cash flows for the year to 31st March 2012 which is quite significant. I actually recall Centum saying that this could affect the going concern of the bottling companies

Asset managers usually charge a fixed management fee of 1% - 2.5% of the total portfolio value...

They also charge a performance fee of 10% - 25% of profits earned in a particular preiod. This is depends on the funds perfomance and is usually charged after beating a basic benchmark...
