Should be eaten once a week. The cooking should be :boiled with little salt, piliplpili and a healthy dose of onions.Ensure all the water has evaporated leaving it dry or slightly wet depending on your taste. This keeps cholesterol at bay.

@Impunity, this can be done at your local food kiosk.

And something else, Remove that fatty layer.

Enjoy as you reflect on the Sermon of today from your church.

I hope you are not the type who invite himself to a group of men having meat just because you know one of them and....eat more than half of what had been ordered...smile smile

the best traditionally boiled meat is the one done at very low temperatures (50 deg C or somewhere thereabout) and takes about 5 hours to cook...nutrients all available in it, soft to chew even by those who have no teeth and the resulting soup really delicious....

This was being done by our grandfathers...

Current generation knows very little about meat preparation and consumption and that is why we keep talking about choresterol, obesity, gout, and other meat related disadvantages.

Then this!!!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

That's best prepared in the ways of our forefathers....The Slopians have "Rukuri",the Loupeans have "Alia" which i believe is the same as as Lunje's "Eshiango" or "Omuranda".....and you can eat all the red meat you want.
Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.
