Millions of us are feeling left out...isn't Landing a great habit ?

Hehehe! For something you grow up hearing designated as "tabia mbaya" i.e. bad habit, it is hard to say. It belongs here though, if you ask me. Land and let land!

3. Eating well - Am avoiding meat and all fast foods.
4. I have not been landing on more than one airport since jan 2013. (Thank God)

6. Buying printed books. - Used to collect PDf but never read them. 7. Just being happy and being good to everyone by not judging.

3? I disagree with those that say meat is bad. Like with everything else, it's the type of meat that matters. That, and food combinations eg Starch and protein (meat/chips and nyamchom) will lead to mucous(pot belly). Yes! Its not fat, but intestines full of mucous.

Lorraine, its true. And getting that mucous out is not joke. Get a book called 'Body Ecology Diet' Explains all these in detail and gives best food combinations. If its nyamchom eat it alone or with vegetables. Same for starch, otherwise you'll give your system a hard time.

Fruits also, should always be eaten alone and on an empty stomach. Eat a single fruit type alone. Not maneno of fruit salads

The greatest lesson I have learned is to embrace change.
The next one is read widely on topics that interest you. Right now I am reading Outliers, highly recommend it.
