In relation to a post by a graduate skerian....who is looking for a job.My questions to all of you knowledgeable members are.

1.which are the best companies in terms of pay for the mgt/grad trainee?

2.does the degree undertaken by the graduant matter?

In other words i also spent 4 vigorous years in campo pursuing BCOMBA(accounts).I recently graduated with 1st class honours BUT i don't have a clue as what to do with my achievement(putting into consideration lack of capital to start a business).

where shd one start? which are the companies out there?

This is the same old Kenya Where getting a job depends on who you know and where you are from.How am i going to get experience without a job?
