Evrybody was coached bro, from Waki, to the witnesses and now even the TJRC......!!!!

I thought TJRC just copy pasted from various reports filed by commissions of inquiry. With respect to ICC they copy pasted KNHR report which Justice Waki had also used for his report.

We are having an AU meeting in Addis right now so I guess we shall be having the 54 heads of state and govas in attendance. So why don't they just do it? For the last 1 year or so a no. of them have been shouting how ICC is bad for Africa. They should do it now and live with any consequences. Why go grovelling before the Security Council to have the cases referred back to Kenya? Just do it. After all they are all sovereign nations.

Museveni and Kiir are among those who want Africa to pull out of Icc. Okay.

RAO in Saturday nation interview... I did not lose the elections, i was rigged out... the SCOK refused to accept evidence of rigging... I accepted the decision of the SCOK because i knew people would go to the street and there would be a bloodbath.

So who had greatest responsibility for 2008?

Is this the same AU that is still trying to help draw up the map of migingo?

I think laptops got into the heads of very many people. AU conferences are meant for eating the publics money and make grandiose statements. But probably this is the year of Njumbiree everything, things have changed and there is no global warming and Obama is really a guy from Kogelo.

In the real other news Five more die in Garissa and the Njet really was 100 million per year.

But even here in Kenya justice works more for the rich and powerful than for the poor and weak.

And to make matters worse, a girl can be removed from a public service vehicle and be gang raped without anyone objecting. The girl cannot even defend herself. Yet some here are saying that Africa or Kenya has come of age. These are lies.

Some of us are eager to create and support dictatorship and tyranny, and this is very sad.

Just as the rich rule the poor, so the borrower is servant to the lender. Proverbs 22:7. Until we are able to fully finance our needs we cannot be 'independent'. First stop Ngamia 1!

In understanding the turf wars in Syria between the 'major' powers and The fact that Bashar Al-Assad or any other Syrian government or Syrian military official has not had arrest warrants issued by the ICC for the deaths of 80,000 civilians and displacement of 2.5 million more should prompt us to think on how independent this ICC is. As that fact alone paints the real picture of who really controls the ICC. Lets call it as it is the ICC is an African court, the worst Syria will have is a tribunal on Syria since no one wants to be mixed up with international criminals (Africans).

let's compare apples to apples and oranges to oranges. The ICC issued an arrest warrant in June of 2011 after about 4 months of conflict in Libya. Its been 2 years since the conflict in Syria started - no such thing has happened. The ICC pretends that it does not know of what is happening in Syria. that the cases must be 'referred' to it.

Anyone talking about the ICC case and how the ICC hates Kenya is a STUPID person.

The ICC did not come to Kenya.

Kenya begged to go to the ICC

Lets not be vague lets go to the Hague

ICC will not be for 99 years

We cannot find justice in Kenya

These are your president and deputy president saying this stuff.

So stop being stupid complaining how ICC hates Kenya. The fact is the present Kenyan gov't begged and loved the ICC.

And just in case. I won't apologise for calling you stupid.

As for AU, that is the most useless organisation in the world.

And if being led by one dictator who has made his son a fake army general, steals a whole island, has ruled longer than Moi, and wants his son to inherit presidency is what we are calling African Development and renaissance, then you are more stupid than imagined.

Freedom and power must be claimed. And so if the ICC seems to be an African court, then we must fault our diplomats and leaders for not presenting a strong game.

But then the inconsistencies of the ICC can be used to advantage to resolve our present problems.

I can understand your frustrations and one good thing is that we all agree know the root cause of problems in Africa...we surely need to start finding the solutions. Only when that happens will we get out of the mess
