Airtel happens to be useless sometimes

Their blackberry internet isn't working for quite some time now

Sending them an email takes days before being replied to

They should just close shop and let safaricom reign

Tosha bundles is a scam. I subscribed to Tosha 20, which entitles one to 20 SMS a day. I noticed that it was capped at 13 SMS - started charging after the 14th SMS, while the balance (*767*5#) still showed I had a balance of 7 SMS left. I immediately opted out. Will not lodge a complaint as I have another unresolved complaint with them of 2.7GB of data disappearing into thin air last October.

In case you are wondering why I'm still with them, I have a good chunk of airtime on it (courtesy of my employer) and will hama once it is exhausted.
