the Advert gives the following as key highlights land perfect for
1. live stock keeping and rearing
2.bee keeping
3.speculation
decide if this will earn you about 12% by the end of the year ..my take its not worth it

Good to know this investment is still gathering momentum.. I acquired a few acres two years ago.. before Nairobians rushed there it was going at 30K/acre, jumped to 40/50..Safcom's SIC came and prices jumped to 75K now naskia 120.. the price increase over the years is dizzying to say the list..
There was a time I had very many questions on Wazua regarding land and Title Deeds.. I was chasing these parcels..
Who wants part of my share.. I can dispose part at a competitive price.. I have a ready title

The problem is not that land is skyrocketing, the problem is that Nairobians have refused to leave their desks and go to the mashinani to look for land and interact with the real owners. When SIC first announced their sale, i'd been to that place called 46. There were several pieces being sold by individuals some very near the town (500m) for just 40k. When they said they were selling at 75k, and it was much further from the town, i knew someone's wiping another's sweat with a broken bottle. And many of my colleagues found it pretty cheap, actually. So, yep, if you want to buy land from your laptop, then be ready to pay a premium. You can get it much cheaper and enjoy the drive and environment if you are an outdoor person. (The 46 town is very vibrant on Saturdays. Maasais bring down cattle, jewelry, traditional dresses, charcoal etc for a market day and kikuyus head there with loads of maizemeal, potatoes, beans, etc for sale.... I dont know where the wazungus come from but they are also quite a number on Satos buying the jewelry and maasai regalias)

@Wendz - You are needed HERENever count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
