Fellow Wazuans, anyone who has purchased Mhasibu plots, be it Runda, Ruiru or Juja. The titles are taking eternity to be processed!!. Two and half years down the line....no titles. Anyone who knows what the problem is?

I have visited their offices countless times and I'm almost giving up.All that I get is we are putting in beacons from last year but one. I know I have a plot in Juja but can't show it up as allocation is yet to be done. I am smelling a rat somewhere.

family bank selling land next to mhasibu juja plots at 500,000/- for eighth acre.seems if mhasibu titles goes thro guys will make money.
subdivision of 200 acres over now-rink mhasibu office hazina towers 6th flr.
allocation may be done b y june 2012.same rink

mhasibu has been a credible entity thus far.

slow
title processing could be due to GRAFT at THIKA LANDS OFFICE as has been complained in another thread.

mhasibu may be innocent

Have any titles been released? anyone with an update of Ruiru 2?

Balloting this Saturday for 1st 500. Next 500 on 8th June, final 500 on 15 June.

Titles will be out after that immediately.
Business opportunities are like buses,there's always another one coming
