Good Bank for a Budding Investment Company

Hey, anyone able to recommend a good bank for a budding investment company to use. We're thinking to save for a while, start acquiring real estate, do some development thereon and then later take out a big loan to scale up. I am happy to answer any questions you have that will help you help me.
