@Bufallo Hills.. you caused it all. If you responded to my question and others a few weeks ago, we could be dealing with more Important matters now. I am upto no fishy business whatsoever and hate the fact that this has persisted for so long, for no other reason than you not responding to the simplest of questions.. I rest my case. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God..

@Am and Olu, thank you for your comments and questions. Well, I believe that it is the prerogative of all members to have their information right and that is why we call for meetings to educate and also learn. Those who do not attend this meetings and start acting as if there some things done in unclear manners do so to the detriment of us all. We are based on oness and our strength as a cooperative has been from taking lessons from our vast wealth of experience we have gathered from our members. We are moving forward, kindly be part of the growth. Do you have faith in the cooperative in which you are a member in? If the answer is yeS, work towards its progress, if it's a no, get to the root of the problem and let us solve it.

They just wanted an a platform from which they can scream about the virtues of their plots, only to face pesky, inquisitive, 'i want an answer now' attitude from Wazuans. It is no wonder the guy skirts real issues, choosing to refer people elsewhere, and using long words that mean nothing other than answer simple queries. I would advice them to close the account. These shifty responses are ony breeding more suspicion and are unlikely to win them many buyers. Just saying... Great men are not always wise, neither do the aged understand judgement...

@Bufallohills, You seem to have very limited "delegated authority" from your boss. You are generating more heat than light in Wazua and the best you can do is to ask your bosses to up the limit on what you can answer in Wazua. Referring people to your office is just too ignorant of what a medium like Wazua is all about. Some of us are 1000 miles from your office and we rely on wazua for info. BTW selling a golf estate is not the same as selling the 40 by 40 plots in Ruai! Up your game or else you are giving Kamuthi a bad name. Guys stop being so hard on @buffalo hills. I visited the proposed golf estate during one of their open days about 3 weeks ago and was impressed by the work they are doing. Their lawyer and directors were there to answer any questions. I find it odd that people are demanding for answers on wazua while the co. offers free transport on saturdays to the site and also clients can email or call or visit the co. offices for any personal issues and clarifications. The country will never move forward with all the scepticism and negative energy being displayed here. This reminds me of a thread that was in the forum some time back critical of Suraya (RINK HERE)despite the good work they went on to achieve at Fourways junction. @buffalo hills - don't give up. Anyone genuinely interested in buying land would find time to visit the site like we did or go to your offices for any clarifications. We were a whole bus when I visited.

@Jaggernut. You either haven't followed this thread from the beggining or you are plain Ignorant.Probably, you are @Buffalo Hills colleague assisting him save face! Just go back to specific Question he has been asked and the answers provided and you will agree that he is doing the Co operative more bad than good. You will also realize that all the wazuans complaining has nothing whatsoever against him or the Co operative.... To everyone who thinks that the responses were not enough, kindly get down to specifics. Is it a question on membership? Well are you a member, AM I believe you are. Now, a cooperative society is run by members, they are the engine. Do you attend meetings, it's either yes or no. If yes, thank you coz you get enlighted, if no you are not only failing yourself but also other members. To be sincere, most of you lost the point, our members have info availed to them from all avenues, from the meetings to the office and that is why my responses were never directed at them. We need informed members so as to grow, and that can be achieved only by you participating fully and in good faith. The cooperative has come from far, and grow through the ability of the directors to tap from the vast knowledge it has. It is either you are part of the solution or a joy rider. @ Jaggernut, thank you for taking your time to visit. Anyone else really interested in knowing more and also in investing? Do not cast the stone first, visit us this saturday and front the questions you need answered. Transport provided to and fro Nairobi. I believe you have the number to call. See the below Q&A and you will get a feel why are a pissed off; Q ( @Am Post#5) : when are the members who have not balloted going to do so and when are those who balloted 2/3 months ago going to be shown their plots on the farm? A ( @buffalo hills Post#40 ) On the visiting of member plots by those who balloted, kindly visit your offices or call us to know when you can visit. Q (GGK Post#5) @is the golf course up? I want to go for round next time I visit Thika A ( @buffalo hills Post#7 ) : To view the land, our site office is always open upto 4.30 pm. However, we do take people on Saturdays for an open day. I am member of Kamuthi and note that so far I have had no cause to doubt their legitimacy.
But also having gone through the thread I do agree with most persons that providing direct answers to basic questions would add a lot more credibility with very little incremental cost or effort.
@ Buffalo hills- In future it might serve you better to do a bit more research and provide more detailed and to the point answers to the various questions raised.Please take it as constructive criticism to try and better your skills. We are all learning :)

Sidian and Coop issue 21 day notice to Kamuthi members to attach gold and buffalo hills property if the monthly loan arrrears are not paid. Kamuthu has been unable to service the loan due to the unsold plots in Buffalo currently holding Kshs 1.8Billion. The sacco blames the bad roads to teh poor uptake of plots If Obiero did it, Who Am I?
