Do they have an age requirement? Coz another approach will be to employ 55yrs and above.
I do not remember my employer registering me for NSSF i took my behind there and registered so how come they expect me register her?

While at it: When I got my 1st job my employer did not register me with NSSF but asked me to go to there, register and bring the card. I did that. In a similar way, the house helps and shamba/caretaker should go and and queue on thier own and bring me the cards. If they don't register themselves, sio makosa yangu..........Or NSSF should consider doing a door to door registration as opposed to wasting that time and money doing a msako...

unless you give your house help a contract - how will they even prove you have employed them.
but I guess they will just visit the high end estates where the mido class live - since the same class can be frightened easily they will all troop to the nssf offices and start remitting the cash

No work permit, just her pass. I could just ask her to say she has come to visit..... hehehe... am in troubled'oh! .
