Why is logging into Wazua So hard?

I've had to create a new account after I forgot my last password and Wazua wouldn't send me a reminder on my email. Every time I click 'Forgot Password' I'm met with 'Access Denied'
WTH Admin? And How come I cant log in using my Twitter anymore?
And why does it take forever to get a confirmation email once you create a new account?
Fix this tafadhali.

I cant log in using Mozilla so I have to use IE evry time I want to log in. It is better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you are a fool than to open it and remove all doubt...

Just that I once forgot my password for over two and a half years after we were migrated from the former SK to Wazua(In fact it just didnt work after the migration), spent the whole time as a guest, then I realized I could get help...and help I got via the support mail. So I guess it can also work for her.
