Why is logging into Wazua So hard?

I've had to create a new account after I forgot my last password and Wazua wouldn't send me a reminder on my email. Every time I click 'Forgot Password' I'm met with 'Access Denied'
WTH Admin? And How come I cant log in using my Twitter anymore?
And why does it take forever to get a confirmation email once you create a new account?
Fix this tafadhali.

I cant log in using Mozilla so I have to use IE evry time I want to log in.
