10 million is a palatial home????

Yes. According to the sub standard and normal mortals like us.

10m buys a small ordinary apartment like those apartments in Kawanware which some believe are in Lavington. For a home in areas like Karen eg Miotoni ridge,an ordinary home goes for 55m and a palatial home like Hussein Ali's goes for 200m.

If you have the land, 10m can build you a nice 335 sq mtr 5bdrm ordinary home in Karen and other areas at the cost of 30,000 per sq mtr. If you were to also buy the land at 20m, that comes to 30m total. At 55m for an ordinary home it means the agent/developer is eating 22m from you.

Kweli there is money to be made in property.

If you think you are in the wrong neighbourhood, move out and go to say Huruma and your new neighbours will see your Toyota and they will move out to Mukuru!!!

Very true . building your own house costs 70% less than buying one.
Mtu fulani built a house in runda on a half acre plot in 1998.
The cost including the land was 15m in 2011 he sold it for 47m
Politics is just things to keep the people divided and foolish and put your trust in men and none of them can do nothing for you...

What would u have said or done if the reverse happened; i.e. your neighbour all of a sudden sold his car, was unable to pay fees for kids etc??

Mwalimu has asked a good question...

I bet the pressure is coming from the wifey, after the neighborhood ladies 'compared notes'?

Time to spring into action my brother. To your wife and children this mans character needs to be shredded to pieces. All his vices must be exposed and made plain for all to see.

All his virtues if he has any should be revealed for what they really are...... smokescreens for his hideous, cunning, conniving, diabolical, skirt chasing good for nothing, financially senseless idiot. Stories of how his mother is being treated for jiggers in her home village while the "rich" son shows off his HSE must now come to the fore.

His fight for his life as he battles end stage renal failure and diabetes must now be made known. All in all make sure that every time your wife and children see that HSE next door let them think, "Woie!!! poor neighbour, we are so much better off than him." as they treat him with kindness and pity.

??????????

How did kusadikika come up with all these? SMH. The guy just bought a power machine not murder someone ....@jaggernaut consider it inspiration...
