Was doing weights in the gym until a lady pal told me to try aerobics.

Life changed! I do 4 classes a week of atleast 1.5 hrs each, and its really impacted on me greatly. Lost weight, reduced my waist size, lots of energy etc...

Only problem with aerobics for men is that it makes one clobber a lot....

Dont know about what you clobbering... But agree, aerobics twice a week and tennis once a week has been putting my weight on check. Of course plus watching food!

That is consistent with that theory that very faaat men has diminished pines...By the way how do they succeed in the landing business when walking itself is an issue?

I jog 10km every morning. up by 4.45am and out by 5.am. then am back by 6. initially I did more hrs same distance, but when the system gets used, u realize u take shorter time. It is very healthy to keep fit.

My epiphany for joining a gym started after I completed the 21 km stanchart marathon last year....then fully joined the gym (great feeling! especially when you increase the weights)...stopped temporarily during the March 4th, and now i'm back!!!...

5-6 days in a week for me... depending on my schedule, but going mornings is better because I don't get to miss out because of work or other commitments...so 5:45am-7:00am. The 1st 15 mins short sprints, skip, jump, bike or resistance running, followed by 45 mins weights, or without weights, I alternate each week ( this week with weights, the next without -body weight training is not easy).
On the 6th day usually sato mornings either jog/run like 8kms or gym just like the rest of the week, depending on my mood that day.
I have also done aerobics, its interesting if you get a trainer that really pushes you to the limit. I used to despise it too thinking its for chics but if you get the real deal you are in for a treat.
I watch what I eat, booze kidogo, sio kulewa chakara.
All in all, its never ending, with today's lifestyles exercising is not an option.
