Usmanov wanted to put more than 60 M Pounds in form of rights to finance transfer budget .
However Ian Gazidis and the Gunners board wont hear of it and says will be too expensive for the club.
So Arsenal cant buy quality players such as Felipe melo and sadly there are no buyers for the african outcasts;Adebayor and Eboue,Swiss disaster Senderos and French nightmare Silvestre.
How can issue of rights be expensive?
