98% of the 111M turnover is foreign buys “The pessimist complains about the wind; the optimist expects it to change; the realist adjusts the sails.”

Not yet at 4600 - 4700 levels. Though I note that MSCI KE index has powered past the April top. Foreign bid pressure is gaining again. If sustained the gap will remain. Also the CBR cut will likely stall downside risks. However, keep an eye on simba exdiv & mpesa bank post results. EABL is acting well to keep the index afloat.$15/barrel oil... The commodities lehman moment arrives as well as Sovereign debt volcano!

26 has proven a ka-major resistance. kinda like 18. after it breaks 26, the next target should be 30.00 The investor's chief problem - and even his worst enemy - is likely to be himself

I sold out my holding in Uchumi, I only remain with a nominal 1,000 shares for sentimental value really. I buy companies low sell them high so I can't touch Uchumi. Going forward that depends on the new branches and what they add to the turnover. The last results did not impress me because the turnover shrunk a little. Long term looks good if the country starts oil production and if that feeds into consumer spending(more middle-class) then future looks bright
