There was an add on Sundays Nation about land for sale between kiambu to ruiru road near tatu city, kamitu. Quatres for 2.5M for members and 2.75M nonmembers half going for 4.8M
Anyone who has been there? Is deal genuine?

went there and the deal is genuine. The place has potential

Also the sale was initially to PSOK members (Pharmacists) so about it been genuine.. I believe it is..

visited the place n like the area.. though for now just alot of coffee bushes but the roads are been done... n future prospects are high

How do you go there from kiambu road?


It's past kahawa west (kamiti road).. there is a junction usually kuna police.. then u branch heading to Ruiru.. 1-2 km from that junction there is a bridge.. after that bridge using the murram road on your left will be like 1km or something

very important...


those areas near kamiti are tricky as part of the land is supposed to be a forest hence most don't have title deeds
