I know Kidero is still new in office but yawa! the roads are not only in a deplorable state but the impunity by matatus is also on another level. It's like the last govt. went home with the law and all the contractors. The potholes are now many and deep they should be handed over to the new ministry of mining.
BBI will solve it :)
