Their NSE listed portfolio companies (i.e. where they have substantial stakes) have reported good figures, with the exception of TPS (which were not that bad). Indications are also that Non listed associates such as Seacom and the power companies are doing fine. Their property investments should also be doing fine in line with market trends over 2012.
So unless their insurance business suffered horrendous claims in 2012, I still expect good results. BTW, Jubilee is probably the top company when it comes to ceding premiums to reinsurers. So, I don't usually worry too much on that score as I presume that they are reasonably well protected.
Well, today is the D-Day, unless they have sought an extension from the NSE/CMA!!!!!
