A friend transferred some cash to me via KCB mobile money (i think). What i got at my end was a text message from KCB saying i had recieved some cash from so and so...and for me to use a certain reference number to withdraw the same from KCB bank. I tried to withdraw the cash via KCB mtaani but they referred me to the bank. The "message"has been sitting in my phone for two months now.
My question is: Is the money still accessible for me to withdraw or has it reverted back to the sender( Who says it hasn't). Or will it be held in some KCB system "limbo""?
Can i still access the money?
I need to know this before i visit a KCB branch and stand in the queue for 1 hour.
