Good to note that JIS has stock options of 20million shares in KK...if the KK stock at the NSE continues to tank he might not be able to exercise them...although I dont know the strike price, options can go underwater if a stock tanks...that will be a huge loss to JIS...i'm sure that's his retirement plan.
The information is in the Annual Report. Read it. If you cannot find the answer, holla!
And I like it that he has options though I prefer he buys the shares with restrictions on the sales which makes him even more invested!

They are mutually exclusive events. Kenya does not have a Commodities Exchange yet maize/wheat/sugar is bought & sold daily.

Volume still testing supply. Let'see how resilient this 9/- floor is. Since many view it as a major support level, if it breaks the dam burst will be interesting...

Started my not so surreptitious re-entry into KeKe @ 9. I still expect a lower price to ensue but I can live with 9 even if it goes lower.

The last trade at 9.50 for 57,000 shares... Already on the way up?

I wish i had sold at 16-17, but i am happy i sold some at 14.50 and 10.50 on the way down. At Sh 5-7 I will average down. There is a good chance that we will get there.

LMAO, I hope not. As much as I like buying at lower prices... getting to 7 might break my spirit. I am OK with a drop to 8. Why 8 & not 7? Psychological?

The lower the price the better especially for those of us who had managed to get out when the announcement of the failure of the takeover & 2nd profit warnings were made. As they say you make your money when you buy at a good price. If we get sparkly's price, I would dance a jig!!!

As I said, my reasoning makes little logical sense d'oh! but in principle I agree with you. I prefer a lower price since I am NOT a seller at these prices. I would buy more... And await the payday in 2014. I believe another buyer will show up in 2014...

Bids at 9.00 for over 2mn shares. KK will ramp higher once the supply at 9.50 or lower is taken out. Seeing the bids, I believe the supply will go poof.

Bid 2,160,400 @9.00 for now protecting the floor. But intraday VWAP (9.00) still reads lower than the previous close of 9.10. Patience...

Unlikely this price will drop below 9. It appears there was a bigger seller who may have already finished selling. And I suspect it's the same seller who has been selling from 11. Without this seller I doubt anyone else will be selling soon at 9.00.
