Some folk may need some help to get this one correctly.
It is not that the commenter "Anthony", thinks that nature caused the faces on the mountain when it's obvious that someone did it, rather, he is driving a point regarding creation / intelligent design.
Since it is said that natural processes caused the existence of designs and systems that compose the universe, might just as well credit the same natural processes to the cause of the existence of the faces on the mountain.
