though it's next to impossible to penetrate their security detail (unless one pulls a hiroshima or nagasaki in which case most of the country will be gone) they should avoid being together as much as possible for continuity planning purposes. I suspect the reason they are always together is for public confidence that they are indeed 1 team.

You have a very valid point securitywise.Indeed,Governor Kidero raised this in the early days in relation to their respective offices proximity.
