This should be made a common course in ALL TERTIARY INSTITUTIONS.

Pole @livie. If the person you are living with becomes impossible to live with, then you might literally start experiencing hell on earth. Especially if it is a wife/woman who does not understand, doesn't see her mistakes or just wants to piss you off for fun. Pole sana ndugu!

Watu wasaidie ndugu yetu.

I always advocate leaving if you have tried your best and things are not working but that is easier said than done.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
