What are the rates like? for 1/4, 1/8 where one can put up a home or not have an issue selling if I choose to.

Am liking what am seeing. Will find time and tour these places. Hope all these will not eventually confuse me, but I plan to b diligent, coz I hav made investment mistakes in the past

kitale-kakamega road, 2 to 3 km before or after airport.
