Yes it is the work I mentioned and both it is.Rao was told by Robert Tongoi the owner of Barcode who took the fitina to RAO in exchange for a tender in a parastatal.

Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
