Fellow Citizens of the Virtual Republic of Wazua, I wish to bring to your attention the fact that the Office of the Administrator has a new Man in control and we should therefore adjust our relationship with the office accordingly. Kindly note that already, the new "Man" has some prejudices and we should be duly aware. I give you the Prince Becomes King against all odds thread where "he" has closed it and even did two copy threads to drive "his" point home. It portends the inception of a new error of which we can but wait and see its direction and vision. To the immediate former Madam Admin, it was a pleasure being a citizen while you were in office and wish you well in your new endeavors.

"He" has noted his error and removed one of the final posts in the thread.

That post was unprofessional in my opinion. If Admin had a problem with the Topic name, he would have just pointed so and not attacked the content. My view is the photos are not of a Jubilee function but a State/National function that was being driven by the Judiciary arm of the government. So does it mean we will not be posting Madaraka day/Jamhuri Day photos lest we irritate some citizens. Should Man U fans demand that we don't post photos of their thrashing on Monday (that was sweeet btw ) I wish for your guidance Lord Admin. Thank you.

I guess Admin was punishing perceived intentions of @Liv....

Okay why lie I found the ceremony inspiring. And the clarity and perspective of those pictures... even my TV was not as cooperative yesterday, 'niliambulia patupu'. Thanks @Liv But maybe you should just have posted one picture with a link to the album on Facebook. Over 30 pictures consecutively or it's a paid job?

I agree the pics are nice, and @admin has a point.

There are people still earning a living from this? Even now? hehe maajabu ya Musa. Erections ended. Watu wakafanye kazi. This praising of Muthamaki before he even brings one computer reminds me of Kamotho calling Moi Baba. Those days were not the best. Jose: If I make it through this thug life, I'll see you one day. The Lord is the only way to stop the hurt.

May be the topic heading was a little juvenile but the pictures were of a national/state function. They are the PORK and DPORK of 40 million odd Kenyans, those who voted for them, those who didn't vote for them, those that didn't vote and even those being born within our borders right now. I was out cold the whole day and then a blackout claimed the rest of it. I am not on Twitter and none of my FB friends posted such pics so I fully appreciate @Liv's effort there, even though I didn't vote for Uhuruto. The Admin needs to take a chill pill, just because he/she has right of moderation does not mean he/she should unduly burden us with ponderous edification. As for the quantity/size of the pics, there is no technical point there as Wazua does not host images itself, hence no significant load;it is our browsers, memory and bandwidth that are taxed.
Part of maturity and tolerance is the ability to take one on the chin and not bear rancour, especially in the face of real or imagined mischief. Simmer down @Sir Admin. Please.

I agree. I detest authoritarian tendencies. Opinions are like an anus. Everyone has one. Everyone should be allowed to express their opinions, however diverse. Set out to correct the world's wrongs and you will most certainly wind up adding to them.
