Looking for a land in Mtwapa area of Mombasa/Kilifi district. The piece of land should range between 1-5ha. Also would like to know what the price is per ha.

I do have a swahili house in kilifi town in Kilifi district in coast and its built with blocks(permanent) with a rental estimation of between 30- 40 k per month.It is situated within the town CBD and a very condusive place. The range of the plot is just more than 60*100.Infront of the house are commercial shops and behind for rental.
The asking price is 3million but negotiable to some extent.
It has Allotment letter updated currently.

In coast around 90% of land does not have title deed and only a few people have access due to the bureacratic nature of the land situation in coast but that does not mean there are no titles we still have many title deeds. Regarding the issue of smelling anything bad,it is in kilifi which is at coast and the cases of coast people to put a person in trouble is almost nil,and the allotment is not like in nairobi,its a an own person house and is known around the town and before a buyer buys it he/she can take time to verify the legality. Still the allotment is fully updated and it only needs payment for the land rent to be paid for processing of the title deed,we even have the invoice from lands for the land arrear and a person interested can have a search on it too.

@tonystark I really appreciate your concerns.Property and land has skyrocketed in kilifi that when you come today you will be suprised with the prices. The house itself is located just at behind titanic hotel,opposite Kilifi primary school.It was housing a hospital of former doctor njiri in kilifi before he moved his hospital.If you are serious you can just contact me with my number 0720 894237 i am the relative of the owner.
Bei zimepanda sana,in the roadside a 50*100 plot is almost 700k to 1m. The places where the prices were 50k for 50*100 is now 300 - 350k ( side zile za mabirikani).

The house has a good space for building and improvement,and it is still negotiable not 3m flat,but if fully let the price is constantly around 40k.If interested still we can talk and can follow the title deed still.

Thanks for the info. Currently I'm out of the country for some job assignment but will be back early next year. I hoped the contract would have ended in Nov of this year but has been extended. Please reach me via e-mail or you can still foward it to your friend so we negotiate. hakeemmchuuzi@yahoo.com.

@Timber
Thanks for your offer. I need a plain field so i can start a project. Basically in the area of Mtwapa,Shanzu,Kikambala,kanamai. Those places are very close to each other and at times you might think you are in Mombasa but find yourself in Kilifi Dist.
