Total (K) future look OK, if the just released results are to go by. They even declared a dividend!

Very true. By year end the stock should catch up with the then good performance.

@obiero just because you sold a particular stock doesn't make it overvalued!

In what world could you prove HFCK is overvalued??

Hahahahaha. @mlennyma u killed me with that one. @others it is common knowledge that different fair value can be arrived at by different analysts. my fair value of HFCK is KES 24; hence any price above that isnt justified to me. wait for the dismal Q1 to confirm my fears. I already have the results!

@obiero i have already absorbed the fact that Q1 may have been affected by politics but there is much hope going forward if we weathered the high interest period.

land registries were basically non functional hence no loans were drawn down for the few that were brave enough to apply for a mortgage. Also retirement of the expensive deposits was slower than expected. But long term, it looks solid. All im sayin is that I will have a chance to buy at a discount in near term as I have not ruled out re-entry!

No need to stoop this low @Obiero HF earnings bottomed in Q2 2012...we are now looking at another super earnings cycle....watch H1 2013 earnings...I'm more worried about NPL's due to the new land laws which has made foreclosure properties difficult to sell.

Well, only 3-5 weeks before we know! And @Obiero's batting average for calling it on financial stocks is very high. See his call on KCB.

duplicitous is not and will never be matusi not unless the definition has changed.... it is double speak or in swahili kigeugeu.

It has been my observation that anytime Everrready, leads the gainers table for 2 or more days in a week, the overall market lacks direction and is waiting for something fundamental to happen.
