between oct-2006 and July-2008 the NSE20 was above 5000 points.

BUT for 10months (may-2009 to March-2010) it was hell, the NSE20 lost half of its value to stand at 2545 as at March 2009.

So, it has not been a rollcoaster.... people have lost money in this NSE while others have made money.

By the way, how is the property market faring? Mambo bado ni mazuri or are the fortunes inversely proportional to the stock market?
