Secular cartoons, secular movies, secular music, secular lifestyle ----- (common to all 2013 "Christian" homes)

And what's worse is they imagine redemption will come from church on Sunday Sad

True, and good at tithes and offerings too.
But listen.God in his heart says 'Bring no more vain offerings,to what purpose is the multitude of your offerings to me? When you come to appear before me who has required this at your hands?
We are more concerned with 'donating to God and 'pleasing him with our acts' which are but filthy rags and missing it all.
And I am very guilty of this as well
That is why I said we are in a furnace being perfected day after day.

But let me add this
We are human and we must be balanced.
There is danger of becoming too spiritual for any earthly use.I know people who demonise everything that sometimes I feel like catapulting them straight to heaven cz they have no use here.
One needs to be spiritually natural and naturally spiritual.

I agree.I am a sinner and continue to sin but its still on me.

When I think critically about what Christ wanted for the church (service & devotion) and what he hated most (commercialization & lukewarm behavior) I really wonder if where we are is what he intended?!?

If anyone looks at the 2013 Church it is riddled with billionaire pastors, popes on golden thrones, Santa Claus, & the Easter bunny....

How many Christians regularly watch porn, get drunk, fornicate, bribe, etc etc and still claim to go to church on Sunday and pray in the morning and evening??
Mark 12:29
Deuteronomy 4:16

don't let that stress you.
The sins of the olden days were worse than what we are seeing now.
Rem why gomorrha was punished, so there's really nothing new/shocking under the earth.
Just old analogue sin getting digital but same stuff.
People's way of life is not an excuse to reject the creator cz like I said it's every man and his cross.
Look to God the author and finisher of our faith -our best example.

The bible and the Koran are very clear on who will come to cause THE MAJORITY to fail in their path to heaven!

As Christians we seem to be most exposed to evil behavior & yet we also enjoy it most... aren't most Muslims who find it harder to tend to evil also human beings??

I find Christians are more liberal where the Muslim community is tightly knit.It is both a culture and religion while to Christians there is a separation and this I believe is where the sin you speak of(which I agree with your point) thrives in.Individuals when outside the Muslim community,I've seen very different reality. Please,no one take this as an attack just my personal observation.

As a Pope, he must follow his church, he must act as required by his role, doing his job.

Remember he is not like regular preacher in prostestant religion.
He has given up everything, he has given up his life.
When he entered into this realm of Priesthood until where he is now, he has given up everything.
He can't have a wife, children, obviously grandchildren.
He has no home, he just lives in place they give him a place to stay, he is send wherever they call him to go. Do whatever he is told to do. That is it.

He can't disobey the Church otherwise, they can kick him out of this role (or even religion) and if they do he is excommuniated and he goes to hell forever (according to them, not me).

Is it not the "helper" who got us here??

Laughing out loudly Where?
My Parents bring me into this world.
They provide ALL that I need, but I instead choose to live a very destructive life.
Should I blame them for bringing me here?

What if your "parent" poisons your mind with corruption & deceit all the way from childhood?? Then can you really be in control of your actions in the future!?

Everyone is born into a religious environment, which is not his/her own choice.
So from the start, they are assigned the religion of their family.
By the a person reaches their teens they usually accept the beliefs of their parents or that of their particular society.

However, when some people mature and are exposed to other beliefs and ideologies, they begin to question the validity of their own beliefs.
Seekers of truth often reach a point of confusion upon realizing that believers of every religion, sect or ideology all claim to have the one and only correct religion or ideology.
There are only three possibilities.
- They are either all correct;
- all wrong or
- only one is correct and the rest are wrong.

BUT: they cannot all be right since all religions are different from each other in their fundamentals.

BUT: all claim that they alone are correct and the rest are wrong.

HOWEVER, to claim that they are all wrong is to deny that God revealed His will to humankind.

So, which "way" is the right one and how can the seeker of truth know it?

I guess the right way is what is common in all religions. The rest are details to keep the congregation unique
I care!
