God's intention is not to create Heaven on Earth. As long as the devil roams sin/evil will always prevail and it is not a respecter of persons. Until his time is up, he continues messing us. We are to blame for availing ourselves for his use. See Guru We can't blame God for our own mistakes. He gave us a choice and choices have consequences. What he did was provide a way of redemption but the choice remains yours. Trust me people christians included pay dearly for their evil actions. So in as much as we are seeing lots of evil esp among christians, what I know is that there is a refiners fire sweeping through them and they feel the heat.
