Pole sana for your Loss

4. doesnt oversleep daytime

Please check on this too....Most Minders want the baby well fed and asleep so that they are free to do their other chores...
as advised work towards wakeful playful late afternoons...

Pole@Muheani for your loss. What happened to baby mama?

May God remember your good actions especially the one where you gave a lift to a pregnant lady in the wee hours of morning only for her to give birth in your car...and give you a solution to this issue.

Also, try and have the lights out at night if you are not doing that already.

Spoken like an experienced mother. Very. Of six, actuallysmile smile

This can be difficult for Nairoberry residents so I suggest very dark drapes for your windows.
You are right. I forgot. Some of us live in the countryside where the only light available after the bulb is from the stars or moon on those lucky days!

Avoid over stimulating her towards bed time. Wind down all activities, switch off the tv, radio, computers. If you remain active yet you expect her to sleep, you'll get frustrated. Also when my 1 and a half daughter wakes up at night it's easier to soothe her to sleep without switching on the lights

Muheani, Pole sana. Like Blackberry said make sure that the help understands this. Its true that they will do their best to make baby sleep during the day to set them free. Other than that most of the advice you have recieved here should work. But ON top of all them... LIGHTS MUST BE OFF!
